Available prices are shown in South African rand and are supplied by the Ghostline server. Payment is completed on PayFast. Digital entitlements are delivered only after Ghostline verifies the provider notification and records fulfillment.
Checkout requests and provider notifications are processed idempotently. A repeated notification cannot grant the same entitlement twice. Payments that fail automated verification are held for manual reconciliation without granting access.
You may leave or cancel PayFast checkout before completion. A cancelled or abandoned checkout does not change your Ghostline entitlements.
Contact support with the account email, product, approximate purchase time and PayFast reference. Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law, product delivery, use and the payment provider's settlement state. Approved refunds may remove the related entitlement.
Paid products must not replace assessment mastery, operational evidence or career-track requirements. Material product changes will be reflected in the catalog description before purchase.
Ghostline keeps the minimum order, reference, verification and entitlement records needed to reconcile purchases. PayFast may separately process information under its own checkout terms and privacy practices.
